Kairos Maternity & General Hospital is an established medical institution in Bulacan with over 16 years of trusted service. Known for their “Alagang Kairos” approach, they offer comprehensive care, from specialized maternity support to 24/7 emergency services, modern laboratories, and radiology. To better serve their growing community online, Outsoar PH developed a WordPress website that provides the hospital with a highly accessible, professional, and easy-to-manage digital presence.

- Making it difficult for patients to find accurate, up-to-date information about services, available doctors, and accepted HMOs without physically visiting or calling the hospital.
- Relying heavily on manual phone calls for general inquiries and scheduling, which caused delays for patients and extra administrative work for the staff.
- Struggling to quickly distribute important public health advisories (like Dengue or Breastfeeding awareness) and hospital events to a wide online audience.
- Establishing a secure digital environment that strictly complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 without making the website confusing or hard to use.
- Ensuring the website remains accessible and fast, even for patients trying to find emergency contact numbers during urgent situations.
